JADE Licence was born with a chronic heart condition and was just nine months old when she had a life-saving transplant operation.

The baby, who had to wait four months in Great Ormond Street Hospital for the operation, in now 19 and living happily with her family in Canvey.

Jade's mother Sue is backing this year's Christmas campaign by NHS Blood and Transplant urging people to register as organ donors.
